Rubber Hanging Clamp

Rubber Hanging Clamp is designed to provide secure overhead support for piping systems while minimizing vibration and operational noise. The integrated rubber lining cushions the pipe, prevents surface damage, and ensures a firm grip without causing metal-to-metal contact. Its split design also allows for quick installation and convenient maintenance.

Manufactured from premium-grade steel with a high-quality EPDM rubber insert, Rubber Hanging Clamp offers excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting performance. It is widely used in HVAC, chilled water, refrigeration, plumbing, and industrial piping systems where vibration control, pipe protection, and dependable support are essential.

Construction Features

1) Strengthened lock bolts for high load capacity. Can be used for both horizontal and vertical installation.
2) Temperature range: 20°C to 110°C.
3) Lock bolts with combination of cross recessed head. 4) Grooved construction for added strength.

Product Specification

1) Welded Nut M8/M10 with option of M10/M12.
2) M6 Side Nuts can be provided on request.
3) Electrogalvanized as per ASTM B 633 Standards.
4) Hot dipped galvanized and stainless-steel options.
